šŸ’” Idea: Real-Time Manager Coaching Tool for Meetings

I'm building a smart assistant that integrates with Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams to help managers run more inclusive, effective meetings—without disrupting the flow.

šŸ” It passively analyzes meetings in real-time and post-meeting to coach managers on leadership communication, team engagement, and inclusiveness.

šŸ› ļø Key Features:

  • Live Meeting Analysis: Tracks speaking time, interruptions, active listening, and team inclusiveness.

  • AI-Powered Feedback: Understands tone, clarity, empathy, and overall communication style.

  • Engagement Signals: Measures participant involvement, reactions, and non-verbal cues.

  • Post-Meeting Coaching Tips: Sends a one-pager with actionable feedback, like:

    • Try asking more open-ended questions.

    • Only 30% of the team spoke—next time, prompt quieter members.

    • Great job giving recognition—keep it consistent.

    • Overall team energy.

    • How connected and heard people felt.

šŸŽÆ Impact:

Managers get continuous micro-coaching to become better leaders—no manual evaluations or coaching sessions needed. It’s like having a leadership coach in every call!

Would love feedback, suggestions, or collab ideas from other makers! šŸ™Œ

@sk_faizĀ This is a really good idea! Does it have any on-screen info/notifications during the meeting? Or is it primarily focused in just the post-meeting feedback?

I'm building the recruitment tool of the future! I'm challenging the long-standing, outdated process of resume-based applications, by replacing them with AI-based candidate elevator-pitches. The goal is to allow candidates to stand out and showcase themselves for who they really are - and not judge them just by what's on paper. My market targets both candidates, as well as companies that will ideally use the tool to post jobs, schedule interviews, see the custom evaluations, etc. LinkedIn is done for good!

Built and improving a free service that shows how much private data like home address can be mined about a person by just his phone number.

This weekend, I’m building a lightweight AI-powered tool that summarizes YouTube videos into key takeaways and timestamps. It’ll help creators and learners quickly digest content. Planning to keep the UI super clean and mobile-friendly. Happy to exchange feedback—drop your project and let’s support each other!

Absolutely! Weekends are sacred for side project energy

I’m currently building Trippy Taless - an AI-powered platform that helps travelers turn their chaotic photo dumps into beautiful, organized travel journals.

It smartly selects your best photos, groups them by location — all in a few clicks. A lightweight video recap feature is coming soon too! šŸŽžļø

As someone who always meant to post trip memories but never got around to organizing them… this one’s close to heart. ā¤ļø

Would love to hear your thoughts and happy to check out what others building too! šŸ‘€āœØ

Finally this week, I'll finish building the trigger feature in my project which will send emails when the current price of a stock is closer to its fair value ( DCF method ). Excited.

For the past couple of months, since March really, my co-founder and I have been planning and building out our very own mobile app product, featuring an emotionally intelligent AI companion chatbot, in the form of a virtual avatar and a gamified twist tacked on: MVP.ai.

Our main goal? To bring something vibrant, bold, exciting to not just the AI space, which I believe it is overly saturated with automating business processes and productivity-utility based features, and not enough soul.

We aim to finally launch our app over by July 31st in the form of a private beta launch! If this is something that piques your interest or you even would love to come aboard, beta test our product, and provide honest feedback on what we can improve, we kindly ask that you sign up for our waitlist on our website: youraimvp.com.

Any questions, don't hesitate to ask! We're beyond excited to bring MVP.ai to Product Hunt and the world at large!

Hello,

I have been working on my directory website for over 3 months but unfortunately I am not able to test it as paypal does not allow domestic payments in India, my directory website is for freelancers, soloprenuers (Like me) to find the best AI agents and SAAS tools in the market to automate and optimize and save a ton of their time in other important tasks, would love if a few can test the tool and list your startup, Here's the website link - https://www.saas-hive.com/ . Appreciate the help.

I launched my first product recently, the Slack AI assistant. So I will spend this weekend to tune it up and adding the MCP support. Link to product: https://echonow.ai

Working on a fully featured application that includes a web app, Chrome extension, and an embeddable, which work hand in hand to achieve the following:

  • Chrome extension: Can be used to capture screenshots, full-page screenshots (sized accurately without any need to crop), record videos (optimized for product demos),and HTML-capture for the creation of onboarding flows.

  • Embeddable: onboarding flows and demos on customers' website

  • Web app: Image editor for the screenshots from the chrome extension, video editor (in progress), onboarding flow editor (in progress), form builder, etc.

The above is to give some context into what the team is trying to achieve so that people would not be lost when I say we are currently working on the video editor.
Even though the post is centered around side projects, yes, it used to be a side project, but now it's the main focus.

@richmond_opokuĀ Hey Richmond! Do you have a name for your app yet? The idea sounds great— screen captures, screenshots, and product demos, with output that's easily editable on a web app. It sounds awesome and very comprehensive! Good luck with it!
