Over the past few years, my team and I have been developing a browser-based design tool. In the early stages of launch, we often encountered numerous glitches and bugs. One challenge has been how to efficiently collect user error reports and feedback. For many users, using native recording tools or browser performance recording utilities to send bug reports can be quite cumbersome. Having looked at your product, it seems like it could effectively solve this problem. I'm looking forward to using it! Additionally, I'd like to know if the information recorded by your product can be directly integrated into Jira?

@bryantchen Considering it's a browser-based design tool, I can imagine the complexity in QA must have been quite high! As you mentioned, users will also be able to report bugs in a similar way that allows for precise identification of errors, which is something we plan to add! As for the Jira integration you asked about, currently it's provided by sharing a link of issue file, but direct integration is scheduled for the end of May! Once that's in place, you’ll be able to instantly create tickets in Jira when you find bugs!
