I built an AI support agent for SMBs — 70% of conversations resolved at $0.05 each. Launching soon.

I've been working on something for the past few months and wanted to share it with the PH community before launch.

The problem: Small businesses miss 62% of customer calls. A plumber can't answer the phone while they're under a sink. A dentist's receptionist is already handling three patients. A property manager gets tenant questions at midnight. These missed interactions cost real revenue — customers just call the next business on Google.

Hiring 24/7 support staff? That's $6 per interaction minimum. Most SMBs can't justify it.

What I built: Resolvly — an AI support agent that answers customers from your actual knowledge base. You upload your FAQs, policies, product docs. Drop one script tag on your site. The AI starts handling conversations immediately.

The key difference from generic chatbots: it only answers from what you provide. No hallucinations. No off-brand responses. Every reply carries a confidence score — if the AI isn't sure, it auto-escalates to your team. No customer gets a wrong answer.

Some numbers:

  • 70%+ of conversations resolved without a human

  • $0.05 per AI conversation vs $6 for a human agent

  • 5 minutes from sign-up to live on your site

  • One line of code to install

What I'd love feedback on:

  1. If you run a small business — would you trust an AI to handle first-line support? What would make you comfortable with it?

  2. For agency owners — I built a reseller program where you buy bulk licenses and deploy to your clients. Each client gets their own branding, knowledge base, and widget. Is that something you'd actually use?

  3. What's the #1 thing that would stop you from trying this?

Free plan is live (50 conversations/mo, no credit card). You can test the demo at resolvly.ai/demo without signing up.

Launching soon with a 3 months free promo for the PH community. Would love your thoughts before we go live.
