I'm Ben, indie builder, solopreneur and the maker behind Retell.

I watch a lot of YouTube, but I struggle to pay attention to long videos. I wanted a way to actually understand and retain what I'm watching, see it broken down visually, and easily create content around the things I find interesting.

That's what Retell does. It takes videos of any kind and turns them into digestible visual breakdowns, text summaries and podcasts. Video outputs coming as well, just putting finishing touches on them.

You can actually absorb what was said without sitting through the whole thing, and easily create content around the ideas that interest you.

Why I built this:

I kept finding amazing videos but couldn't sit through them. I'd skip around, lose the thread, and walk away with nothing. I wanted a tool that gives me the core ideas in a format my brain actually processes. If I had this problem, I figured other people did too.
