Whoa! this is an interesting idea. I like the concept of videos being created automatically for text-heavy sites like Hacker News. Gives you a little preview at the get-go if it's worth your time to dive deeper into the text content. Very cool

Β thanks Scott! Yeah it got some pretty positive reactions even from the die-hard HN crowd - which surprised us TBH haha πŸ˜…. Watch this space cos we have a bunch of launches coming up to tv-ify popular forums. Btw have you tried Explain for yourself yet ? It’s our text-to-explainer-video engine powering all this (Scrimba.com/explain)

Β I could see it for sites like Wikipedia too tbh! Haven’t tried Explain yet but sounds interesting

Β you're gonna be happy to learn that's one on the launch pad :)

Turning Hacker News into a TV style feed is a pretty interesting idea especially for quickly catching the important stories without constantly refreshing the site curious how the ranking works in real time

Β  hey! it mimics HN's rankings syncing every 5 minutes.
