AI session maxxing.

I built user/aiMAX because working with AI shouldn’t mean constantly repeating yourself, keeping track of unfinished work and reminding it what you were trying to accomplish.

It’s a shared workspace that keeps you and your connected AI organized around one moving queue: Flow.

You can keep adding ideas as they come to you. Each new idea gets saved without replacing the current task. Your AI keeps working, and you don’t have to hold every unfinished thought in your head.

Here’s how it works:

• Flow organizes the work ahead. Tasks, deadlines, dependencies and decisions help determine what needs attention next.

• Your connected AI receives approved work and reports its results back. Work that needs your input returns as a decision, while other ready tasks can keep moving.

• Results stay with the task. Outputs, notes and attached screenshots give you somewhere to review what was actually completed.

• Max agents develop suggestions based on your saved context and help prepare useful follow-up ideas, so progress can lead naturally into the next opportunity.

The preferences are a big part of this.

Max agents look through the requests, instructions and corrections saved to your workspace for useful preferences. They review and save supported patterns, such as how you communicate, how you want work presented and how you prefer certain tasks handled.

Relevant preferences then appear as removable attachments before you send or approve work. You can see what’s being carried forward and remove anything that doesn’t belong.

That means a correction can become useful guidance for future work instead of something you have to explain over and over.

And it keeps YOU focused too.

You have the next decision, recommended action and completed results in front of you. Approve something, adjust it, add another idea or pause the queue to catch up. You don’t have to keep reconstructing the entire session yourself.

That’s how it creates momentum: less unnecessary repetition, fewer repeated corrections and less time spent managing the conversation. Your ideas keep coming, and there’s a clear place for the work to go.

Whether you’re building software, running a business or juggling personal projects, the point is to get more useful work out of your AI sessions.

I’m opening the early-access waitlist for our first 10 founding users.

I’m looking for founders, freelancers, developers and people managing ongoing projects with AI. If you juggle tasks, repeat instructions or lose track of ideas, bring that work here. You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need real work and honest feedback.

I’m looking for both Claude Code and Codex users for this first group. I’ll select a mix of experience levels based on how you use AI. No payment to apply.
