Do you lose subscription invoices every month too?

Hey makers,

Every month my accountant chases me for missing subscription invoices. Some land in spam. Some never arrive. Some are hidden behind accounts I never log into. By the time tax season hits, it becomes a painful scavenger hunt.

  • I am exploring a small tool that:

  • Watches your inbox for subscription invoices

  • Automatically renames them (clean and consistent)

  • Drops them into Google Drive by year and month

  • Highlights missing months so nothing slips

Target users would be freelancers, agencies, and founders who deduct SaaS expenses and hate the monthly scramble.

I think this is a great idea. I recently discovered that I still had a Loom subscription (I don’t even remember when I subscribed), and I’ve also missed a couple of new subscriptions. So having everything in one place would be really helpful.

@tetiana_hryshmanovska Yea, these things happen to me as well, beside, my accountant is sending me an extra email saying that I miss invoices to upload in drive
