How do you keep up with customer feedback across multiple sources?
by•
Curious how other early-stage founders and product people manage this.
If you have more than 100 customers, feedback starts to be in 5+ tools, and the synthesis process becomes opening 30 tabs, hoping nothing important is skipped for the questions:
What do we prioritize next?
What do we fix first?
What does your process look like?
On average, how many hours per week does it take you to manage this?

Usually I have to spend some hours weekly and go manually through different sources (linear, zendesk, etc) and I compile all the information into a doc or spreadsheet. It's very time-consuming.

@colonelking I understand, been there? Did you try any solution?
I connected some of my sources to Claude Code, and tried to manage from there, but I hit some limitations, for example, tracking or unifying data under one entity, so I can gain clear visibility.
