I built an AI meal planner in 24 hours because I was tired of planning meals every day
Hey everyone,
Recently, I built a small AI tool called MealFlow to solve a daily problem that kept bothering me: meal planning.
I track calories and fitness goals, but every day I'd spend way too long figuring out:
• What should I eat today?
• Does it fit my macros?
• What groceries do I need?
• Will this go over my budget?
It sounds simple, but it adds up mentally.
So last weekend MealFlow comes to live!
It generates a weekly meal plan and grocery list based on:
• calorie targets
• fitness goals
• grocery budget
What used to take me 30+ minutes now takes about 10 seconds.
But I'm curious about something:
What is actually the hardest part of meal planning for you?
Is it:
• figuring out meals that fit macros?
• grocery planning?
• cooking time?
• decision fatigue?
Would love to hear how other people approach this. Really appreciate any feedback! :)
