Why it exists

Endless coding days wrecked my neck. When Apple opened AirPods motion APIs, I realized the earbuds I already wear could coach my posture.

What it does

• 5-minute alignment workouts + streaks & milestones

• Focus mode that blocks distracting apps while you train

• All data stays on device no ads, no tracking
