MEET QUOTERA

I’m building Quotera to tackle a problem I keep seeing in B2B sales: creating quotations can involve a surprising amount of repetitive manual work.

A typical RFQ can mean:

→ Understanding what the customer is asking for
→ Finding the right products and SKUs
→ Checking the company’s pricing
→ Calculating quantities and totals
→ Applying discounts and fees
→ Preparing the quotation
→ Reviewing it before sending
→ Going back and changing everything when the customer changes their requirements 😂

Quotera is designed to make that process much faster.

A salesperson can describe what the customer needs in normal language, and Quotera uses the company's own product catalog, pricing and rules to help build the quotation.

The salesperson stays in control and reviews the quote before it goes out.

What I'm working on

• Approval workflows
• Renewal and updated quotations
• Customer-specific quote/proposal customization

The goal isn't to replace salespeople.

It's to remove the repetitive work between receiving an RFQ and sending a professional quotation.

I'm sharing Quotera here because I'd love feedback from people who actually deal with quoting, sales operations, procurement, or B2B commerce.

What would you want an AI quoting tool to handle that I haven't mentioned?
