MoClarusCRM is in beta – we're looking for honest feedback from real users

Hi everyone,

MoClarusCRM has been in development for some time and is currently in its beta testing phase.

We've already received valuable feedback from early testers. Some of it helped us improve existing features, while other suggestions made us reconsider how certain parts of the CRM should work.

The idea behind MoClarusCRM is that customer relationship management shouldn't be limited to sales pipelines and chasing leads. Managing contacts, everyday activities and long-term relationships should be just as important.

We're also putting a strong focus on privacy, security and encrypted communication.

The platform is still evolving, and there's plenty we want to improve. That's why we're looking for more people who are willing to test it and share their actual experiences.

A few details about the beta:

• Everything currently available is free to test, with no paid services during the beta.

• New accounts start with 60 days of access.

• If you need more time to test, contact us and we'll help extend your testing period.

• Users who register during beta can choose to keep their accounts for up to six months after the beta ends.

What we're particularly interested in learning:

What makes you continue using a CRM after the first few days? What frustrates you about existing systems? And which features do you actually use rather than simply having available?

We're not looking for positive reviews. Critical feedback is just as valuable, especially when something doesn't work as expected.
