What am I building?
I'm building Puzzle to help AI operators see how their AI agents work with process maps they execute on.
Who is it for?
We're loved by automation agencies and AI agencies who need to show their clients the workflows they're building to get buy-in for projects.
Biggest obstacle
Marketing on a bootstrapped budget. We're already profitable ( π ), but we have to be modest about our advertising investment because we're bootstrapped. So getting creative with organic social posts is our best bet for building traffic and increasing awareness!

Hey again Brian! Already profitable while bootstrapped is a big deal, congrats. π
I'm in the same boat: no ad budget, all organic. What's working for me so far is posting a little every day on X and sharing the build story, including the things that break. People seem to connect with the honest bits more than with polished announcements.
