uilding something has a funny way of exposing your own assumptions

I started working on FixerFlip thinking the main challenge was making property analysis faster.

The more I worked on it, the more I realized that speed isn't necessarily the hard part.

It's knowing which assumptions deserve to be questioned first.

That's changed how I personally look at real-estate analysis.
