I’ve been working on Cadence, a lightweight async video standup tool designed to replace daily meetings with quick 1-minute video updates.
The idea came from my own frustration — remote meetings eating up time that could’ve been spent actually working.
I’ve recorded a 1 miunte demo video (below!) showing how teams can create standups, share updates, and stay in sync — without scheduling a single meeting.
