We built Zelyx

Most "unified" tools give you a better inbox. Jira tickets, Slack threads, and calendar events in one tab instead of five. That is not the problem we were solving.

The real problem: no tool understands what is actually happening in your company.

When someone says "I'll send that over by EOD" in Slack, that is just text. A Jira issue with no activity for 6 days is just a stale card. A HubSpot deal with no follow-up is just a CRM object. None of your tools flag these as operationally broken because none of them understand intent, commitment, or silence. Zelyx does.

What Zelyx builds on top of your tools

Commitment Detection
Zelyx reads natural language in Slack, Teams, and email and converts it into trackable operational expectations. Phrases like "I'll loop you in tomorrow" or "Let's finalize after the meeting" become measurable promises. If a promise ages without follow-through, it becomes a risk signal automatically.

Silence Modeling
Zelyx models expected reply windows and tracks when commitments go cold across channels. Silence is treated as a signal, not just an absence of data.

Cross-Tool Canonicalization
A Slack thread, a Jira issue, a HubSpot deal, and a Zendesk ticket can all be fragments of the same execution object. Zelyx links them together into one unified execution context, eliminating noise and duplication at the signal level.

Execution Intervention
Zelyx does not just alert. It lets you add comments in Jira or Linear and assign owners to stalled issues directly from the intelligence layer, without switching tools. Most monitoring tools stop at surfacing the problem. Zelyx helps you fix it.

Three cognitive surfaces, not a dashboard

Today answers "Do I need to care about anything today?" It shows only time-bound obligations as plain-language summaries like "Client Alpha asked for an update yesterday and has not received a response."

Remembering answers "What am I holding in my head that should not be?" It acts as a quiet, persistent memory layer for deferred follow-ups and unresolved conversations that are not urgent today but should not be forgotten.

Ownership Center answers "What is not moving forward, and who owns it?" This is where stalled work, unclear ownership, and items needing intervention are tracked and acted on.

Items flow between surfaces automatically based on urgency, ownership, and time. You never have to decide where to look.

Zelyx connects to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Linear, Google Calendar, Outlook, HubSpot, and Zendesk. The integrations are the foundation. The operational intelligence built on top is the product.

Built for COOs, founders, PMs, and engineering managers who are tired of spending their day doing invisible operational work. Would love to hear what resonates with you.
