What would you actually delegate to an AI employee?

I’ve been building a SaaS around a simple idea: what if a business could actually delegate some of its repetitive work to an AI employee?

Things like answering customer questions, capturing leads, handling enquiries and helping with bookings.

I’m curious what founders here would genuinely trust an AI employee to handle — and what you would always want a human to deal with.

I’m building this right now and would love to hear how other founders think about it.
