Why is Local AI do hard to use?

I've noticed something.

AI is everywhere, but running it privately on your own laptop is still way too complicated.

So I'm building ARIS, a local AI app that anyone can use without knowing anything about tech.

No coding. No complicated setup. Just open it and chat.

I'm curious though 👀

Would you actually use local AI if it were as simple as ChatGPT?
