Released version 2 of my SmokeFree app. New achievement screen, sharing feature, fresh design, and a better plan calculation. You can now switch between having a quit plan or just tracking. Been a big update hope it helps more people quit!

Hey everyone 👋 I’m really happy to share version 2 of SmokeFree.live a quit smoking app I’ve been building, based on my own experience of quitting. I used to smoke a lot. I tried cold turkey many times. And while my body eventually adjusted, my mind didn’t. I still thought I needed cigarettes to feel good, to relax, to reward myself. So even after a “successful” quit, I’d find myself back at it again. What finally worked? Going slow. I started tracking, cutting down little by little, writing in a notebook how many I smoked and why. Over time, something shifted. I wasn’t just getting rid of nicotine I was rewiring how I thought about smoking. It stopped being this magical thing that gave me comfort, and started feeling… unnecessary. That’s exactly what this app is about: - A gradual plan, based on the Fagerström test, tailored to your actual habits - Progress tracking that shows you how far you’ve come - Achievements and share options if you want to celebrate - And the freedom to just track without a plan if that fits better If any of this resonates with you, I’d love for you to check it out. This is a really good way to stay focused on your goal, the health indicators are inspiring, and if there is a craving, there are tips on how to overcome it. It was interesting to watch the progress and it is a pity to lose the result. Thanks to the developers! With you, it is much easier to quit smoking!
