👋 Hey Product Hunt, Turns out more than 50% of a manager’s time is spent in one-on-ones and team meetings. We feel it's about time to make that time more productive. We’ve built a lot to help you be a better manager: an app, a bot, a web experience for your team and yet - we still run into “what the heck do we talk about?” So, to help managers and teams kickstart their conversations, we built a template gallery into our app. You can browse 38+ tried and true agendas from managers in tech. Our goal is to show managers what’s working for other teams and allow you to use it (or edit, add, delete to make it their own) and easily share it with your team. We’d love your feedback! I love that I can create as many meeting agendas as I'd like on the free plan - tons of value.

Pros:

Great to know the templates are inspired by convos other leaders have had with their DRs. Plus, I can easily tailor the agenda in the app!

Cons:

There are a lot of templates already, but I can't wait until there are even more :D

Having the opportunity to see what other managers are asking their direct reports gives me a lot of comfort in having more meaningful 1:1s!
