Hi Product Hunt! Helen here, co-founder of SpeakUp 👋 We built SpeakUp around one core problem: speaker booking is still far more fragmented than it should be. Organizers, podcasters, and media teams often search for speakers across agencies, spreadsheets, forms, inboxes, LinkedIn, and DMs. At the same time, many speakers struggle to get discovered, respond to the right opportunities, and manage communication in one place. A year ago, we launched an MVP to validate this problem. Since then, we’ve learned a lot from real users and rebuilt the product into a much more complete booking workflow. This relaunch includes: • a full redesign • smarter AI matching • team collaboration • open and private speaker requests • built-in chats for smoother communication Today, SpeakUp has grown to 100,000+ registered users, is active in 28+ countries, and has already helped drive 1,700+ speaker bookings. We were also recognized as a UAE national nominee by the World Summit Awards. Our goal is simple: make it much easier to find, manage, and book the right speakers.
