StoryWeave: clearer workspace labels, updated plans and models

Workspace labels now match the live app (project basics + Outline). Standard mode uses Qwen 3.8; High Quality uses Claude Sonnet. Continuity Guardian stays invite-only. Authors still edit and save every stage.
