SubVerse AI started in 2023 with three founders - Rishi, Tanmay, and Nilkant and a simple but stubborn belief:
customer calls shouldn’t feel like a fight between bad IVRs and long wait times.
We had all seen it up close while working with enterprises across India and the US voice was still the most critical CX channel, yet the most broken. Automation existed, but empathy didn’t. Scale existed, but trust didn’t.
