At SympoQ we have the mission to help you automate your daily help desk tasks. With the re-launch of our product we are offering a new approach from what existed in the previous version.
We give you the ability to automate your communication with users across one additional channel - live chat support. Use the live chat within your agent portal to exchange messages with your customers in real-time. Your customers are able to start live chat from within their customer portal, or using a web widget integrated in your website pages.
The web widget allows your customers to get in touch with you by showing the contact form on every page. Within the customization section, you can set up the custom widget button, the contact form, as well as choose knowledge base categories displayed in the widget.
The current email ticketing feature is also improved. It allows non-technical users to get or provide support without ever knowing what's behind the scene, using only their email client, Outlook, GMail, and others. This applies to both the agent and customer side of the help desk.
We also improved our UI providing a real responsive interface and made it simpler to work on daily support tasks with just a few mouse clicks.
