TeamGrid Scheduling - The world's first fully automated project scheduling

You can also define a productivity level, because you probably can not give full performance all day long, right? :) The default value of the productivity level is 70%, which you can adjust in your TeamGrid settings. If you now add a project to automatic scheduling, the system checks if all the information is available for automatic scheduling. This includes a due date for the project, tasks, an estimate of the tasks processing time and assigned employees. The scheduling automatically calculates how many hours you have to work on a task per day, so that it is completed on time. The perfect interaction between TeamGrid Scheduling and TeamGrid Time Tracking enables the system to calculate whether the project is still on schedule. If the system detects a problem, the new TeamGrid Assistant will automatically contact you and your team. For example, if the system detects that the time between the remaining work time of a task and the completion date is becoming too tight, it informs you that you should begin this task now.
