Our Awesome Office guest this time out is Robbie Kellman Baxter, a consultant, keynote speaker, and the author of The Membership Economy, a fantastic book that explains why access and community are now more valuable than ownership and transactions. Robbie had a ton of amazing insight for our audience, but the one thing that stuck out to me was the idea of “self disruption” - the idea that companies should ask themselves, “If we were our own competitor, what would we do to put us out of business today?” This was a fascinating conversation, and a pleasure to produce.
