The Bipartisan Press X A.I. - Using AI to Analyze Political Bias

In efforts to fight a biased media, we trained an ML model that can accurately calculate the degree and direction of political bias. We documented the process in our article and created a tool that let you try out and classify articles for yourself.

We built this ML model on a variety of new technologies like BERT and Transformers to see how well the newest SOTA architectures and pre-trained models work in such a task. We built a variety of models, one which you can test out in our demo tool. At this time, we won't release our most accurate model, but we do have plans to create Reddit bots, extensions, and apps that will allow everyone to access these model, so subscribe to be the first to know when we release something.
