We made a video for The GTM Co-Founder (and hit 300 stars)

We just crossed 300 GitHub stars on The GTM Co-Founder, so to mark it, we finally made a proper video.

The GTM Co-Founder is a set of open-source GTM skills that run inside your coding agent. It interviews you, builds a prioritised go-to-market plan, then works it with you one problem at a time. Not a library of playbooks you read. A co-founder that does the work with you.

The tricky part: it's essentially 18 skills and a terminal, so there isn't much room to give it personality. I wanted to do something fun anyway.

Have a watch, sound up:

Would love to hear what you think, and if you're building a dev tool or AI product on your own, I'm curious what part of GTM you'd most want a co-founder for.

brilliant.

The part I'd hand over isn't the plan, it's the first 50 conversations. I can write a positioning doc in an afternoon and it's wrong the same way every time, too clever, and I only find that out after talking to people who didn't get it. 300 stars on a GTM tool is a funny signal though, because stars come from the people who enjoy reading about GTM, not the ones who'll sit through an 18-skill interview. I'd want to know how many of the 300 got to the end of the interview, that's the number that means something.
