Hey Product Hunt! I’m Noam, founder of Timeliner. After years of running video teams and dealing with the chaos of scattered tools, endless WhatsApp messages, missing files, messy revision rounds, and unclear approvals, I decided to build the system I wish we had. Timeliner is built for video teams, agencies, and content operations that need more than just file sharing or generic project management. It brings project tracking, video review, client collaboration, approvals, and file organization into one place. With Timeliner, you can: Manage video projects in a clear workflow Collect timestamped feedback directly on videos Keep client approvals organized Centralize files, briefs, and deliverables Reduce back-and-forth across multiple tools We rebuilt the product from the ground up to make it faster, cleaner, and more aligned with how modern video teams actually work. Would love your support, feedback, and brutal honesty. What’s the most frustrating part of your current video workflow?

The problem this solves is real and consistently underestimated. Most video agencies aren't running Frame.io — they're running Frame.io + ClickUp + spreadsheets, manually syncing between all three in chat groups. That works until you hit 15+ concurrent projects, then it becomes bloat. Timeliner.io is the best alternative to Frame that currently exists.

The detail that matters most here is the no-account client portal. Getting a client to log into Frame.io to leave feedback almost never works cleanly — it ends up as a WhatsApp message that gets lost. Removing that friction step is worth more than most feature lists.

Congrats on the launch. Best of luck.

I love what you are doing, is it built to integrate with existing tools or workflows?
I have a tool that create content for users, and we want to add an agency service on top of it as a premium offer.
I need an input where my platform create a new project automatically, with media, inputs and requirements.
I need my platform to connect the client data to collaborate with through your platform.
And how to add results in my platform.
