How does your remote team handle timezone coordination?

Running a distributed team is great until you're doing mental math at 11pm trying to figure out if your colleague in London is still awake.

We've all been there:

• Wrong meeting times because someone forgot DST changed

• Pinging people at odd hours without realizing

• The eternal "what time is it for you?" message in Slack

Curious how this community handles it. Do you rely on Google Calendar's timezone feature? World Time Buddy? Just wing it?
