Our journey in voice AI started with TranslateMyCall back in 2024, which translated phone calls from language to language. Since then, we've built and shipped ThunderPhone, a more general voice AI platform.
Recently, we realized that the latest ThunderPhone stack would let us ship a new and improved TranslateMyCall 2.0 - what you see here! It interprets (translates) between languages with high accuracy, 100% free.
To use it, just dial (228) 888-8666. You can use it:
To translate phone calls: just merge it in with the person you're talking to. You speak English, the interpreter translates it to Spanish (or Mandarin, or Arabic…), and vice versa.
Over speakerphone to translate in-person interactions.
No app, no sign-up, no payment needed.
47 languages are fully supported and others may work but are not officially supported yet! While trying it, make sure to pause for a beat when you finish talking so it has time to translate.
