We built TruVi because the way we evaluate technical talent hasn’t kept up with how engineers actually work today. In the era of AI tools like ChatGPT, final code alone tells you very little. What matters more is how candidates think, how they use AI, and how they make decisions. TruVi lets companies see the full thinking process behind take-home assignments. What did they ask the AI? What did they accept or reject? Where did they get stuck or improve the code? This context reveals true ability early in the hiring funnel. We’re proud to help teams move beyond resumes and final answers, and toward evaluating real problem-solving with modern tools.
