Be honest, how much marketing is actually just guessing?

Most marketing still works like this:

  1. Launch

  2. Spend money

  3. Hope it works

  4. Try to explain the results later

We call it “data-driven”… but it’s mostly guessing.

Curious, what’s the most painful marketing experiment you’ve run that didn’t work?

(Wrong messaging? Bad targeting? Burned ad budget?)
