Building Nudge β€” invoice chasing via email + WhatsApp, for founders doing it themselves

byβ€’

Hey makers πŸ‘‹

Working on something I wish existed six months ago.

I manage supply at a company full-time and work at my family business. The same problem keeps showing up everywhere: invoices go overdue, the QuickBooks reminder gets ignored, and then I β€” or someone on the team β€” ends up sending a WhatsApp message manually. Every time.

The embarrassing part isn't chasing. It's that the WhatsApp message works, and the "automated" reminder didn't.

What Nudge does: You trigger it manually when an invoice is overdue. It sends a sequence β€” email first, then WhatsApp β€” with an embedded payment link. Escalates in tone as days pass. Stops when they pay.

No accounting software integration required to start. No per-user pricing. No $440/month contracts built for AR teams at 200-person companies.

Where I am:

  • Concierge MVP running on my family's business (first real test case)

  • 8-week build with a part-time technical co-founder

  • Stack: React / Supabase / Twilio / Resend

  • Pricing hypothesis: $79/$149/$299/month flat

What I'm looking for: If you run a B2B business and chase invoices manually β€” I want to talk to you. 15 minutes, no pitch. Genuinely trying to figure out if I'm solving the right version of this.

Drop a comment or DM if you're interested in being an early user. Also happy to swap feedback on what you're building.

Lifesaver. Can you pause or customize the reminders per client, like if someone gives you a reason for a delay?

@olga_kargopolovaΒ of course, its completely customizable. You can pause the reminders and customize your flow accordingly, you can also choose from various different tones depending on the history with your client.

Also, thank you so much for feedback, it means a lot.
