Hey everyone — I’m Amir, founder of Impact Solutions Group LLC | Creator of ImpactOS™.

I’ve spent years working with organizations that had plenty of data and tools, but still struggled to make clear decisions. At the same time, the way we work has been shifting fast — leaner teams, more independent work, fewer guarantees around “traditional” full-time roles.

I don’t believe the answer is more software or more complexity. I believe businesses survive by getting smarter: understanding what matters, adapting quickly, and making better decisions with what they already have.

ImpactOS is my attempt to support that shift — helping business owners and entrepreneurs move forward, work against the tide, and build resilience instead of getting wiped out by change.
