Built something to help my newsletter… then realized others might need it too

I wanted to share a little story and something I’ve been working on since last year.

Back in November 2024, I launched a tiny MVP of a tool called Letterly. The idea was simple: help newsletter writers grow by repurposing their content into social media posts — automatically.

I posted it on Reddit back then and got some awesome feedback.

I’m not a developer, so building this as a solopreneur with zero coding experience has been… hard. There were many "what am i doing?" moments.

But I kept pushing, and after 7 months of learning, testing, and a lot of frustration — the beta version is finally live.
