Can UGF become the default action rail for AI agents onchain?

UGF introduces Remote Transactions, where source-chain value becomes destination-chain action. Instead of relying on bridging, destination-chain prefunding, or ERC-4337/paymaster complexity, it gives AI agents, dApps, and wallets a signer-authenticated Value-to-Action API for cross-chain execution.
