Copilot.live has officially rebranded to Kaily.
Over the last few months, the product has grown far beyond what we initially launched. What started as a simple conversational layer has now evolved into a full AI agent that can talk to customers, take action inside your systems, and help teams move faster across support and sales.
Kaily can answer questions in chat, voice, and video, fetch information from your tools, automate follow-ups, complete tasks, and support 90-plus languages. You can create a custom agent in minutes and deploy it on websites, mobile apps, WhatsApp, email, and more.

From Copilot.live to @Kaily - this wasn't just a rebranding exercise for namesake, it's an entirely extended product doing so much more than we first envisioned.
It was really important to us that users don't feel like they're just dealing with yet another passive chatbot, but an actual agent that's helping them move forward. And for internal teams, we want Kaily to feel like an extension of their team, taking care of the boring repetitive stuff.
