From Agency Hustle → SaaS Builder for SMBs (Escape the Hours-for-Dollars Trap)
Hey PH fam 👋
I’ve been running an agency (Apeirocraft) for a while now, helping businesses with website development, social media management, and digital growth strategies.
However, scaling an agency has proven to be a challenging task.
Projects pile up, and each client demands a customized workflow.
As we hire more staff, our margins shrink, and we end up spending more time managing operations than creating valuable content.
It dawned on me that agencies (and small businesses in general) don’t just need services; they need tools that can grow alongside them.
That’s where this idea came into play:
👉 A SaaS builder specifically designed for businesses. Imagine it as a plug-and-play SaaS solution.
Whether you need a CRM, invoicing system, landing page builder, proposal builder, or client portal, you can easily add these features to your platform.
The unique aspect of this solution is that everything is centralized in a single location, and you only pay for the tools you need. This eliminates the clutter of bloated software, the hassle of switching between multiple platforms, and the steep learning curve associated with complex systems.
My initial focus will be on building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that includes:
🔹 A simple and user-friendly CRM for client management.
🔹 An invoicing and payment system.
🔹 A drag-and-drop landing page builder.
🔹 A client portal for freelancers and agencies to share updates and files.
In the future, I plan to expand the platform by introducing more micro-tools and integrating AI automation to enhance the functionality of these tools.
My ultimate goals are to:
- Help agencies break free from the “hours for dollars” trap.
- Empower small and medium-sized businesses to operate like larger enterprises without the need for a dedicated development team.
- Create business tools that are as flexible and adaptable as Lego blocks.
I would greatly appreciate your thoughts and feedback on this idea.
Does this resonate with agency owners and freelancers?
Which micro-tools should I prioritize in the next phase of development?
Thank you for your valuable input.

appreciate everyone dropping by 🙏
not a full launch yet — just testing waters and seeing if founders would actually want something like this.
If it clicks with you, you can hop in early at apeirocraft.tech — I’ve kept the “pay now, get 3 months free post-launch” offer live till Oct 25.
trying to see how much real demand this idea got before going all-in 👀
