Hi everyone, I’m 9MR, the maker of Banano-Shot 👋
hello, I'm Dong wook Choi(a.k.a 9MR) , work in S.korea Ad industry as a Motion Graphic designer.
I started project from a small frustration.
While using Google’s Nano-Banana (Gemini) for creative work, I was amazed by the image quality — but struggled with control. I wanted to slightly change a camera angle or adjust the lighting, and realized how hard that was with prompts alone.
So I built Banano-Shot — a web-based AI post-production tool
that lets you direct your images instead of just generating them.
This app can control the order with all visually, no Photoshop, no long prompts.
I’m not a full-time developer, just a creator who wanted better tools.
The code has grown to over 20,000 lines (built on Cursor AI, Google AI studio, with TypeScript),
and honestly, it still feels like a bamboo house held together by tape 😅
But it works — and I’d love for you to try it.
If you’ve ever thought “AI is great, but I wish I could just move the camera a bit,”
then Banano-Shot might be exactly what you’re looking for.
Would love your feedback, ideas, and brutal honesty 🙏
