I’ve spent most of my career in field sales and sales leadership, mostly in manufacturing and distribution. Long before “sales tech” was everywhere, I was trying to hit quota with spreadsheets, gut instinct, and a lot of time on the road.

The biggest frustration I kept running into was simple:
CRMs are great at managing what you already know… but terrible at helping you discover new revenue.

Numerik started as an internal tool to answer one question I kept asking myself in the field: “Where is the money I don’t see yet?”

Over time, that idea turned into Revenue Scanner — a way for reps to turn what they see in the real world into actionable opportunities.
