Curious to hear from people who've used QuickRoofAssess and then had a professional roofer come out.

Key questions:

• Did the AI assessment match what the contractor said?

• Were you recommended repair/replace/restore and did that align with the professional opinion?

I'm impressed by the 98% accuracy claim, but would love to hear real experiences from the community.
