How do you repurpose long-form videos into short clips today?
We just launched Clipper Studio — an AI-powered tool that turns long videos into short-form clips automatically.
But before building it, we spent a lot of time talking to creators and marketers about their current workflow. The answers were all over the place — some people manually scrub through footage in Premiere Pro, others use basic online trimmers, and a few just... don't repurpose at all because it takes too long.
Curious to hear from this community:
What's your current process for turning a long video into short clips?
What's the most painful part — finding the right moments, subtitling, formatting for vertical, or something else?
How long does it typically take you to go from a raw video to a ready-to-post short clip?
Would love to learn how others are approaching this. And if you want to try a faster way, check out what we built — feedback is very welcome!
