I am a couple of weeks from launching my apps but dreading I've overcomplicated it

Hey :)
I have set myself a goal of building 1 app per month in 2026, as a way to stop my problems with hyper focusing and just trying to perfect everything, however PennyWise which was my first, launched in January but will be launching in PH in March, I fear I still made the same mistake and now been resting the temptation of going back and restarting it all.

Anyone feels the same about the things they've built?
