I built a tool that reads thousands of YouTube comments so creators don’t have to

by

Hey everyone 👋
I’m a solo founder and recently launched a small SaaS on Product Hunt.

The problem I was personally obsessed with:
YouTube creators get a lot of comments — but most insights are buried under noise. People scroll endlessly, reply randomly, and still miss what viewers are repeatedly asking for.

So I built Dizora.

What it does (in plain terms):

  • Analyzes every comment on a YouTube video

  • Groups repeated questions, complaints, and themes

  • Surfaces clear signals like:

    • what viewers want next

    • what confused them

    • what they keep criticizing or praising

The goal isn’t “sentiment analysis” — it’s helping creators answer:

“What should I make next, based on what my audience is actually saying?”

I just launched it on Product Hunt and would genuinely love:

  • feedback (especially critical ones)

  • thoughts on whether this solves a real creator pain

  • ideas for what would make it more useful

Happy to answer any questions about:

  • building the product

  • creator workflows

  • mistakes made during launch

  • or why most analytics dashboards fail creators

Thanks for reading — and yes, this is very much still a work in progress.
