I built a way to see what ChatGPT is actually searching when it answers you.

When people use ChatGPT for research, product discovery, or recommendations, they only see the final answer. What they don’t see is the real engine behind it - the hidden sub-queries, the sources pulled in, and which brands or products are actually being used to form the response.

That black box is becoming a serious problem for SEO, AEO, and brand teams. If AI systems decide what gets recommended, then not knowing how those decisions are made means flying blind.

That’s why I built quolity.ai - ChatGPT Query Fanouts & AI Insights, a Chrome extension that shows how ChatGPT builds every answer. It reveals:

  • The fan-out queries ChatGPT runs in the background

  • The sources it pulls from

  • Which brands and domains are being cited

  • Which products are being surfaced

The goal is simple - turn AI search from a black box into something you can actually analyze, measure, and improve.

We’re launching very soon and would love early feedback from SEO, AEO, GEO content, and growth teams.

What would you most want to understand about how AI answers are built?
