I'm a data engineer who recently went through a painful property buying process. The worst part wasn't finding properties — it was figuring out what to actually offer.

Every listing site formats things differently. Comparing properties across Rightmove, Zoopla, and OnTheMarket meant dozens of tabs and scribbled notes. And when it came to making an offer? Pure guesswork.

So I built Move Smart AI. You paste in property URLs, get a clean side-by-side comparison, and let AI suggest a smart starting offer based on market conditions and your buying position.
