I just launched SafeTimer ā a quiet safeguard for when you don't return
Hi everyone š
Today I launched SafeTimer ā a quiet web tool that auto-sends your message if you don't come back on time.
The idea came from a personal moment: before a surgery that required full anesthesia, I realized I hadn't told my family where to find important info if I didn't wake up. Later, as a solo traveler, I wished there was a lightweight way to let loved ones know only if something went wrong ā no need for constant check-ins or tracking apps.
That's how SafeTimer was born. It's not about fear, but peace of mind.
I built it alone, as part of my long-term project KeepBridge, which helps people stay connected even in silence.
I'd love to hear what you think ā whether you've ever had a similar thought, or ideas on how this could help others in high-risk or remote work.
Thank you for reading this far ā and for every bit of feedback or encouragement you share. š
