....spendings.

Hey folks,
I just launched something Iโ€™ve been building for the last few months, and I wanted to share it with the community.

๐Ÿ’ก What is Solidus?

Solidus is a personal financial simulator โ€” not an investment tool, not a budgeting app, but a sandbox where you can practice making financial decisions without real-world risk.

Itโ€™s designed for people like us who:

  • overspend sometimes

  • buy on impulse

  • struggle to manage money consistently

  • want to understand their patterns

  • but donโ€™t want to be judged or overwhelmed

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Why I built it

Most financial apps assume you already have discipline.
Most financial advice assumes you already have savings.

Solidus assumes nothing.
It simply acts as a guardrail between you and your impulsive decisions.
You input income, spending, impulses, thoughts โ€” and the simulator shows you what would happen if you stayed on that path.

A safe place to learn before money gets involved.

โš™๏ธ How it works

โœ”๏ธ Create your profile
โœ”๏ธ Log your day-to-day financial behaviour
โœ”๏ธ Track impulses and decisions
โœ”๏ธ See how your habits affect savings, stability, and future outcomes
โœ”๏ธ Improve your financial discipline through simulation

No BS.
No financial jargon.
Just awareness and self-correction.

๐Ÿ”ต Live in Beta

Iโ€™m releasing Solidus in Beta and would love feedback, criticism, feature requests โ€” anything that helps me shape this into something genuinely useful.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Try Solidus here:

If it helps even one person make a better money decision, thatโ€™s already a win for me.

Happy to answer any questions. ๐Ÿ™
