Hey ya'll. After spending the last 7 years working at the 🍎 fruit stand and then as an independent strategy consultant, I got mad. I watched way too many leaders make business-critical decisions in the dark (based on pure ego and vibes), while their teams paid the price.

So I started building NoelleOS, a strategy insights engine that helps leaders pressure-test critical initiatives and projects against true capacity, resources, and readiness.

(AKA: Stop wasting months and millions on consulting just to fail!)
